Each shipment is insured providing the following guidelines are followed: Any box damaged is noted to the driver, order is opened within 48 hours of receipt, all packing material is retained and we are contacted. We will handle the matter in question and promptly start the process of remedying the issue which could include repair or replacement of your purchase. ALSO, additional shipping charges may apply for over-sized pieces. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states will require a shipping quote. All pricing subject to change without notice. Contact us BEFORE making any returns. On the rare chance you receive your purchase damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery), keep all packing materials.
