Q: Having problems ordering online, what do I do?
A: We have strived to make our site user friendly, but we have lots of choices and it can sometimes be overwhelming. If you find this the case with you, please give us a call (612-749-8880 or 612-749-0273) and you can easily place the order directly with either Tracy or Leon.
Q: Do you take all the photographs?
A: Yes, we (Tracy & Leon) not only take all the photographs, we do the whole process from beginning to end. We print our work, cut our own mats, cut our own glass, join our frames, and assemble each piece.
Q: Is this 3D presentation your idea?
A: Yes, inspired by the desire to give each piece a more lifelike feel we developed our 3-D framing technique. Others have floated art work but to our knowledge no one has combined the mixed medias of canvas, metal and wood to create a unique piece of art and a different way to present photography! We are always looking for different ways to present our photography and create unique works of art like no others!
Q: Are your images taken with a digital camera?
A: Our images are taken with a variety of professional camera equipment that includes digital and film cameras. The camera is a tool that helps us bring you our art, but it doesn’t make the piece of art. Our art would be just a good with an iPhone, the only difference is we could not enlarge the art to the large sizes with an image taken from the iPhone.
Q: What are your images printed on?
A: We only use professional archival, Aluminum, canvas and various papers. We only use archival tested materials. These materials are rated up to 200 years without noticeable fading. Our canvas is hand stretched over quality wood stretcher bars just like painters use. We do not use materials like modge podge as these types of coatings tend to yellow and crack over time! Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes, we utilize various carriers depending on size and location. We do however only ship to the USA.
Q: Are your images mass produced?
A: No! Each image we offer is only produced in limited editions in quantities of 150 or less per size. Each framed piece is signed and numbered by either Tracy or Leon.
Q: What are your frames made of?
A: ALL of our frames are wood! No Plastic! We use only quality frame moldings created in many places across the world including USA, Brazil, Spain and Italy to name a few. Our wood frames stand heads above any plastic frame. Wood simply creates a quality frame that plastic cannot compare to!
Q: What is your shipping Policy?
A: Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of purchase for the completion of your order. We personally create each piece of work completing orders on average in 1-2 weeks. We utilize various delivery services depending on the time of year and recipient address. Each shipment is insured providing the following guidelines are followed: Any box damaged is noted to the driver, order is opened within 48 hours of receipt, all packing material is retained and we are contacted. We will handle the matter in question and promptly start the process of remedying the issue which could include repair or replacement of your purchase. ALSO, additional shipping charges may apply for over-sized pieces. Shipping outside of the lower 48 states will require a shipping quote.
Q: What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
A: You will have confidence when purchasing with us as we offer a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee on all art purchases less shipping cost and 20% restocking fee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will replace or refund your money, less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, upon the safe return of the purchase (customer responsible for safe return shipping). Contact us BEFORE making any returns. On the rare chance you receive your purchase damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery), keep all packing materials.
